Following a competitive pitch, they chose to work with us to ensure their online presence fully represented their offer to any potential or existing customers. A primary aim of the project was to reduce Immervox’s operational customer management costs with more online service functionality.
Our aim was to create a compelling and convincing website sales tool and an end-to-end self-service client portal. The introduction of this portal would significantly reduce the need for offline consultation and documentation within the sales and ongoing customer processes.
The portal came in the form of a product configurator that utilised sliders and tick boxes to enable customers to determine what product offering they wanted. The implementation of this means that many customers can serve themselves, meaning staff have more time and therefore can offer more support and better customer service for their bigger clients.
As well as the introduction of new functionality we completely redesigned the look and feel of the site, giving a contemporary and innovative way of presenting information that reflects the cutting edge nature of the brand and its offerings.
